1. The electric furnace does not need special installation, it just needs to be placed on the indoor floor or bench. The controller should be placed on the workbench. The inclination of the worktable must not exceed 5 degrees. The controller must be at least 0.5 meters away from the electric furnace. The controller should not be placed on the electric furnace to avoid affecting the normal operation of the controller.
2.The load capacity of the power lines, switches and fuses connected to the controller and the electric furnace should be slightly greater than the rated power of the electric furnace.
3.When wiring, first loosen the screws on the left and right sides of the controller case, then turn the cover up, and connect the power cord as shown in the figure. The connection between the controller and the furnace and the thermocouple connection line (** good use compensation Lead wire). Insert the thermocouple from the small hole of the thermocouple holder into the furnace, and the gap between the hole and the thermoelectricity is blocked with asbestos rope, and then fixed. (Electric heaters and furnaces need to be reliably grounded)
4. After checking the wiring, you can turn on the power. First, turn on the power switch, then pull the toggle switch on the controller panel to the on position, adjust the setting button, and set the temperature to the degree you need. Pull the setting switch to the measurement position, the red light is off (NO), there is also the sound of the contactor, the electric furnace is powered on, the current meter indicates the heating current value, and the temperature rises slowly with the temperature in the furnace, indicating that the work is normal.
When the temperature rises to the set required temperature, the red light is off (NO), the green light is on (YES), the electric furnace is automatically powered off, and the heating is stopped. Later, when the temperature in the furnace drops slightly, the green light is off and the red light is on. The electric furnace is automatically powered on again and again and again to achieve the purpose of automatically controlling the temperature in the furnace.
5.In order to check whether the disconnection protection device works normally, the method is: loosen one end of the thermocouple, and the temperature measurement indicator quickly rises to the highest point, and the heating power is automatically cut off, then the disconnection device is in good condition and reconnected. 6. Oven, when the electric furnace is used for the first time or re-used after long-term deactivation, the oven must be carried out. The process is as follows: When the room temperature rises to 200 ° C for 4 hours (open the furnace door to allow water vapor to escape) When 200 ° C 4 hours to 600 ° C (close the furnace door) 2 hours to 600 ° C to 800 ° C (close the furnace door)
7.After use, first pull the toggle switch on the control panel to the off position, and then turn off the main power switch.

1. It should be placed on a flat floor or on a concrete table. Furnace base ** Good asbestos board should be installed to prevent the countertop from being overheated. 2. According to the rated voltage of the high temperature furnace, configure plugs, sockets, fuses, etc. with appropriate power. The furnace shell and the controller shell are connected to the ground wire, and a thick rubber plate is laid on the ground in front of the high temperature furnace to avoid danger and ensure safety. The thermocouple should be inserted in the center of the furnace, and the gap between the hole and the thermocouple should be filled with asbestos rope. ** It is easy to connect the thermocouple and the controller with a compensation wire (or insulated copper core wire). Be careful not to connect the positive and negative electrodes incorrectly.
3. For the first use or re-use after a long period of inactivity, the oven must be pre-baked. Different models of high-temperature furnaces have different oven times. The oven time of SRJX-4-13 box type high temperature furnace is: room temperature ~ 200 ℃ 1h, 200 ~ 500 ℃ 2h, 500 ~ 800 ℃ 3h, 800 ~ 1200 ℃ 2h. The furnace temperature must not exceed the rated temperature during use.
4. When burning or melting the sample in a high-temperature furnace, the sample must be placed in a high-temperature-resistant ceramic crucible or porcelain dish, and the operating conditions must be strictly controlled to prevent the sample liquid from splashing and corrosion due to excessive temperature. An asbestos board is placed at the bottom of the furnace, and slag, metal oxides or other impurities on the asbestos board should be cleared in time to protect the furnace's flatness and cleanliness.
5. The silicon carbon rod used in the high-temperature box-type resistance furnace is naturally aged during use, and can be adjusted to ** high step by step. If the heating value is insufficient (that is, the power cannot reach the rated value), the new silicon carbon rod should be replaced.
6. When putting crucibles, crucible racks and other items into the furnace, do not touch the thermocouple, because the thermal contact of the thermocouple that extends into the furnace is easily broken at high temperatures.
7. After the burning is completed, the power should be cut off immediately, but the furnace door cannot be opened immediately, so as to avoid the furnace being broken due to sudden cold. Generally, a small slit is opened first to make the temperature of the furnace drop quickly, and then the furnace door is opened, and the burnt object is taken out with crucible tongs.
8. The method of gradually increasing the voltage must be adopted to increase the temperature. The furnace temperature must not exceed ** high temperature to avoid burning the heating elements. Care should be taken during use to prevent accidents such as burnout of the furnace wire caused by failure of self-control. After use, cut off the power and close the furnace door to prevent the furnace from being eroded by moisture.
9. Flammable and explosive materials should not be stored around the experimental electric furnace, let alone burning dangerous materials in the furnace.

(5) Adhere to the fine cleaning of the bottom of the furnace. The metal oxides, slag and impurities in the furnace should be removed in time. Care should be taken when loading and unloading the workpiece to prevent damage to the silicon carbon rod.
(6) The silicon carbon rod should be placed in a boring place to prevent the aluminum head from being wet and deformed. If some sticks are found to be white and some dark red during use, it is clear that the resistance of each stick is different, and it is necessary to replace the stick with a similar resistance value and use it from the beginning.
(7) Silicon carbon rod is a recrystallized product of silicon carbide. Alkali, alkali metal, sulfuric acid and boron compounds can corrode it at high temperature, and water vapor has a strong oxidative effect on it: hydrogen and hydrogen-rich Gases can differentiate into silicon-carbon rods at high temperatures.
