6. The trolley frame is welded with profiled steel, and its rigidity is guaranteed not to deform under full load. The interior is made of refractory bricks, and the easy-to-collision parts and load-bearing parts are made of heavy bricks to enhance the strength of the furnace lining structure. The carriage of the trolley adopts a self-propelled structure. Trolley seal adopts automatic labyrinth structure and soft contact double seal. When the trolley enters the furnace, it will be sealed by cam and roller inclined surface. When the trolley is driven out, the sealing groove is automatically dropped. After the sealing sand in the sealing groove is filled up, it is not necessary to add it frequently. When the trolley is opened, the furnace door is lifted and controlled electrically, equipped with an electromagnetic brake to prevent inertia from hitting the furnace body, and interlocked control, that is, after slightly opening the furnace door, the heating element is automatically cut off, and the power of the trolley walking mechanism is restored. After the furnace door is closed in place, the power of the trolley travel mechanism is automatically cut off, and the power of the heating element is restored at the same time.
7. Electric control adopts smart meter and touch screen method:
(1) The temperature control instrument adopts Xiamen Yudian AI518AP-G-L1 intelligent program control instrument, the accuracy is 0.3, and the temperature control deviation can reach ± 2 ℃. The human-machine interface adopts Shenzhen W EINVIEW Weilun 7-inch touch screen, which is connected to the smart meter through the communication protocol, and the meter operation menu is fully expanded on the touch screen. This makes the operation more realistic and convenient. When the meter parameters are not changed, the touch screen displays the electric furnace zones. Working status. The various data recorded by the paperless recorder can be directly checked on it, or it can be tested and printed on the computer through SD card testing.
(3) The temperature control instrument can perform self-tuning adjustment of PID and automatic thermal inertia of the heating system. When the furnace temperature is about to reach the set temperature, the instrument automatically reduces the output to prevent temperature overshoot.
(4) The actuator uses a solid-state relay power module, which has extremely low working noise (weak sound with its matching axial fan), fast switching speed, high switching frequency per unit time, and can achieve higher accuracy with its temperature control .
